Welcome to Gather Getaways LLC, accessible at gathergetaways.com. By accessing this website, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of the site.

The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and all Agreements: "Client," "You," and "Your" refer to you, the person accessing this website. "The Company," "We," "Us," and "Our" refer to Gather Getaways LLC.

For bookings made more than 720 hours before the property's check-in time, 50% of the quoted stay total is due at booking. The remaining balance is due 720 hours (30 days) before check-in. If you book on or after that deadline, the full quoted total is due at booking.

The booking review shows the amount due now and, when applicable, the amount and date of the remaining balance. Before continuing, you will be asked to authorize collection of that displayed balance from the payment method saved with Stripe.

New bookings through this website require a USD 500 refundable card hold, separate from the stay total. The hold is scheduled two days before the property's check-in time. If you book inside that window, the hold is placed after your reservation is confirmed. This requirement also applies when the full stay is paid at booking.

Before payment, you will separately authorize Gather Getaways to save your card with Stripe and place the hold. A hold temporarily reduces your available card balance. Any unused hold will be released no later than seven days after checkout. Your card issuer may release it earlier, and may take additional time to show released funds as available.

Card-network authorization limits vary, so a single hold may not remain available throughout a longer stay or the inspection period. The website does not automatically renew or charge the hold. Additional card authentication may be required; our team will contact you if further action is needed. Any damage claim is reviewed separately under the rental agreement.

The property's cancellation policy, rental agreement and house rules are shown during booking review. Read those property-specific terms before submitting payment details. Availability and price are checked again before the booking is finalized.

Submitting details or receiving a payment authorization does not by itself confirm a reservation. Your booking is confirmed only when a reservation confirmation is issued. If the website says the booking is still being checked, contact Gather Getaways before submitting another payment.

Unless otherwise stated, Gather Getaways LLC and/or its licensors hold the intellectual property rights for all material on this site. You may access content for personal use only, subject to the restrictions outlined in these terms.

You are prohibited from:

  • Selling, renting, or sub-licensing material from gathergetaways.com
  • Reproducing, duplicating, or copying material from gathergetaways.com
  • Redistributing content from gathergetaways.com

Certain sections of our website may allow users to post comments. Comments reflect the opinions of the individual, not those of Gather Getaways LLC. We are not responsible for Comments but reserve the right to monitor and remove any deemed inappropriate or in breach of these Terms.
